CHALLENGE

Our client was looking to motivate and unite their global team following a challenging company announcement. They focused on creating an engaging event infused with high-impact content, aiming to keep a large number of guests in one primary location. From the outset, we understood that the event’s success would depend on the content quality and the support from the AV tech team.

Transforming a hotel ballroom into an interactive space that truly captured the essence of the brand. Navigating around low ceilings, working within the limitations of the hotel staff, and ensuring our innovative design elements were brought to life.


SOLUTION

To ensure this production was as compelling as possible, we recruited 11 Emmy-winning technicians to join our AV team to provide exceptional support to our event speakers. By managing all technical aspects, our team ensured flawless delivery and presentation of the content. This allowed our client’s speakers to focus on engaging with their audience and delivering impactful messages with confidence. To keep guests engaged, we guided our clients in the art of storytelling to create a captivating digital presentation. We also incorporated live polls, Q&A sessions, and immersive visuals. The stage design was crafted to be so visually stunning that it transformed the generic hotel ballroom into a fully branded environment.
