We are hiring a Corporate Event Producer to join our team - someone who is inspired by our values, work, and goals and will contribute to each with enthusiasm. In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading small to medium corporate events from conception through execution. You will work as part of a small team of Associate Producers and Administrative Assistants with contract and billing assistance, creating an ecosystem of support. You will report directly to the Director of Event Operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Demonstrating leadership and strong event management skills in all aspects of corporate event planning, including meticulous pre-event planning, seamless on-site execution, and thorough post-event follow-up.
Partnering with clients to understand business objectives translating them to impactful event strategies that exceed expectations.
Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, and event partners.
Reporting to the Director of Event Operations on event progress, keeping internal communications strong and aligned.
Owning and maintaining project plans, agendas, meetings, budgets, and communications and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Conducting thorough venue and vendor searches, soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and securing the best option.
Perceptively and proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving challenges before they emerge/escalate.
Working with the Event Operations Manager to oversee registration management and hotel room blocks should they be part of the program.
Traveling several times a year to lead and direct on-site event operations, overseeing logistics, staff, and vendor coordination to ensure successful event execution.
Negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and high-quality event support.
Cheerfully participating in weekly team and client meetings, contributing ideas, and providing updates.
Committing to ongoing learning and curiosity in staying informed on industry trends, in order to bring the best options and solutions to the table for our clients.

What We’re Looking For
5-7 years experience in the Corporate Event Industry with 2-3 years leading multi-day events for 500 people or more with a deep understanding of creating and managing events
Background in Full Service Event Planning, Logistics, Budgeting Catering, Venue Management, Audio Visual, Guest Experience, Security, Communications, and Environmental Design is required.
Demonstrated capability in planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple concurrent activities and projects.
Skilled in collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse community members.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and approach all tasks with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity.
Resourceful and effective time management with the ability to work under tight deadlines with prompt, clear communication.
Strong experience in data and budget management, prioritization, and operational efficiencies. Familiar and comfortable managing budgets over $1M.
Exceptional relationship management to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Ability to manage multi-faceted teams consisting of clients, vendors/partners, Associate Producers, and Admins.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, actively working on 3-7 shows with multiple stakeholders at any given time.
Desire to discover, explore, learn, and expand knowledge.
Expert knowledge of Google Workspace (GMail, GCal, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Proficient in AI software, Canva, and Slack.
What We Offer
Compensation range is $100,000 - $120,000 and will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
Remote, full-time position working Pacific Time hours. Your day-to-day work location is flexible but you must reside and be a citizen of the US.
