CHALLENGE
In the midst of rapid growth, a cutting-edge tech client embarked on their inaugural global in-person SKO, breaking away from the past couple of years of virtual gatherings. Eager to encapsulate their design ethos, the young company chose Miami as their destination and envisioned an event combining beautiful space design, casual networking, community giving, and a monumental awards dinner to mark their colossal success. However, as their sales force burgeoned, the challenge intensified — an intricate dance of space redesigns and auxiliary spaces were needed to ensure no one was left on the sidelines.
SOLUTION
At the Faena Forum, our event maximized the venue's beauty, transforming spaces with dynamic lighting. Operating at maximum capacity, every area served multiple purposes, seamlessly transitioning from meetings to awards banquets. Leveraging the picturesque January weather, workshops extended to the nearby green spaces, utilizing a nearby residential high rise beach access for the welcome reception. Collaborating with local non-profits added a team-building dimension. Guests moving in and out of the main venue encountered delightful surprises with each return, creating a dynamic atmosphere. This also facilitated passive exploration of the surrounding area, fostering casual networking during refreshing walks between sessions.
