CHALLENGE

Our client wanted to host an incredible holiday party to celebrate the year and they didn’t know where to begin. Both time and budget were limited but they were determined to give their team a wonderful celebration for all of their hard work from the past year. 

Anticipating to host 2,000 guests, they needed a venue that could accommodate a large group. Incorporating activities and entertainment that would lift spirits and create a playful atmosphere was a top priority.

We were up for the challenge of making our clients’ dreams a reality, despite restricted dates, location, themes, and budget.

SOLUTION

This client journey began with our Feasibility Research phase, where we collaborated to develop themes and venues that accommodated their specified dates, budget, and large guest count. Bash dug deep and discovered some hidden venue gems that perfectly complemented the chosen Apre Ski theme.

From there, Bash formed a strong relationship with the venue and, through partnership, transformed it into a snowy playground with activities, crafts, and shenanigans built in. 

Despite the challenge of the already tight budget being slashed halfway through planning, Bash Creative made our client’s dream come true.
