Deliver an exceptional and intimate inaugural hybrid conference, while managing both a tight budget and a fast-approaching deadline. This event required the perfect balance of high-quality content, enhanced brand awareness, and strong attendee participation, all while maintaining a focused effort on lead generation. It was also imperative to capture the essence of the company’s culture, infusing the event with unmistakable fun and vibrant energy that defines the brand.
Another top priority for the client was to create an exclusive and intimate atmosphere for the in-person VIPs, while also ensuring that the majority of attendees who were virtual felt fully engaged and connected.
SOLUTION
Bash created a retro-meets-modern aesthetic that seamlessly captured the brand’s sophisticated yet youthful vibe. To optimize both space and budget, we designed a chic and cozy seating area for the main stage that could be effortlessly transformed for the after-party. We emphasized impactful branding by incorporating custom neon signage to elevate the overall look & feel. Even with a tight budget, we prioritized high-quality tech allowing for a custom stage build featuring a celebrity keynote, livestream, and 20 pre-recorded videos for evergreen content. Event highlights included arcade and table games, an ice luge, custom fortune cookies, and a karaoke room that culminated in a grand spontaneous performance on the main stage—complete with haze and dynamic lighting!
