Create a Marketing Roadshow that could span 3 continents and 6 countries.

  • Each encompassing cohesion and consistency of their brand while uniquely embracing the local community and culture. 

  • Keeping the audio and visual components consistent with the program in each new space. 

  • Client recommended booking venues site unseen to save on budget.


SOLUTION

Bash Creative quickly came up with a cost efficient plan to execute site visits in each destination. Allowing us to immerse into each location to seek out unique venues, locally curated menus, and culturally significant entertainment. We also identified great cost savings measures which quickly covered the of pre-event visits.

For program continuity, we traveled with a few key positions, like a Technical Director and Host. 

Finally, because we were able get a feel for the space prior to the event and take vital measurements in person, we added branded signage and decor touches to keep the brand presence continuous throughout the entire tour.
