CHALLENGE

This client was ready to make a grand entrance for their inaugural participation at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas at The Venetian. Their main goals were brand amplification, providing a welcoming space to host meetings and attract potential clients, and being the best and baddest after party that everyone would talk about for days to comm. 

  • Venue sourcing during a high demand trade show.

  • Fully curating event theme throughout decor, food & beverage, and activations.

  • Growing their brand awareness through meetings.

  • Expanding their brand interaction from the show floor and hospitality to a fun engaging after party where guests could let loose and create together.


SOLUTION

Contracting and building out a custom hospitality hub at Sugarcane, which sits at the entrance of the convention center, allowed for high visibility and brand recognition. This prime location was host to more than 400 meetings over 5 days and served as a recluse from the hectic convention floor.

The carefully curated activations at the afterparty had attendees buzzing long after the party had concluded!

Some highlights included a choose your own branded swag wall with custom goodies, fully thematic tropical decor for hospitality hub, hand-selected food trucks, collaborative glow graffiti walls, and faux tattoos in a Lamborghini.
