It had been 1+ year of complete remote work and our Client wanted to encourage their employees to come back to a new and improved campus!

Each location around the globe had their own unique cultural experience with the pandemic, and would be returning on a different timeline. Our Client wanted to create a playbook to communicate RTO messaging consistently, provide a similar experience for all, and to relieve the stress on their global in-house community teams to execute onsite.

The primary objective was to create a very on-brand, turn-key activation blueprint for campuses across the globe that the client could enact on their own.
