Our client was looking for an out-of-the-box “seasonal event” designed to connect and spark joy for thousands of colleagues across the globe. Our proposals needed to account for the following:

SOLUTION

We created a seasonal, light touch interactive experience by designing a choose your own adventure style challenge. This included a collection of custom on-demand content paired with activity guides and an interactive event kit.  

The event’s brand was thoughtfully cohesive and refreshed every quarter with a new event theme, logo, and color scheme. Content included videos from subject experts as well as games, musical performances, crafts, collaborative art and more.
