Transport 8,000 employees to an island in NYC that is only accessible by ferry and deliver a memorable and logistically sound experience for their Summer Celebration.

We partnered with our client and provided crucial supplemental support to assist with executing their event vision and troubleshooting operations and infrastructure.

SOLUTION

Using our wealth of knowledge and experience, Bash created a robust staffing and operations plan that allowed guests, vendors, and staff to feel taken care of every step of the way.

We also consulted on the food and beverage experience to ensure all attendees would be satisfied and provided onsite logistics management - which happened to include providing shelter for all guests when there was an unexpected downpour of rain!
