CHALLENGE

This user conference was the first of its kind for this client and they wanted it to be memorable. This client wanted to become leaders in the travel + tech space with this inaugural event.  

Having this conference feel cool with festival vibes and attention-grabbing Instagram moments was crucial. Their brand needed to be front and center so attendees could connect with their brand while having a good time to make a lasting impression.


SOLUTION

Finding the perfect venue was key in creating success for our client. Bash Creative chose The Midway which is an excellent space that our clients can build out and fill with their brand. We worked with partners who could help us accomplish the festival vibe effortlessly. 

Brand presence throughout the venue and several Instagram moments was such a huge win for this event too. The airplane swing photo op was used all day and the champagne vending machine was a huge standout.
