CHALLENGE
Concept and produce a hybrid, festival themed, 1 day conference, with a rich variety of content and networking for an audience of 450 finance leaders, travel managers, and procurement professionals.
Integrating COVID-19 protocols, ensuring sponsor engagement, and providing ample opportunities for sales meetings were primary goals for this event.
SOLUTION
The arrival experience was thoughtful and thorough, with onsite COVID testing facilitated each day for vendors, staff, attendees and speakers. In order to properly activate the large outdoor & indoor space, Bash developed a full-build festival in the parking lot for the lunch keynote and after party. Meanwhile inside the venue, we strategically weaved the luxe main stage, 5 breakout paths, sponsor alley, and customer success lounge to create pockets of learning, networking, and meetings that provided plenty of instagrammable moments.
Highlights included a custom 10x20ft logo and custom airplane swing for creative photo moments, outdoor festival tent with nitrogen cocktails, Chromeo headlining, and festive stilt performers, as well as cozy tents and teardrop trailers for private meetings.
